"The rooms are sufficiently clean. The restaurant on site is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. There is no cafe at the property. The closest shops are at Dorrigo town centre about a 7 min drive from the property with a number of good options, a pie shop, deli/ cafes and the local pub has a diverse menu using fresh produce. Location is convenient to waterfalls, walking trails and picturesque lookouts. "

"Quick stop overnight for Bris- Syd drive. Family of 5 (7, 5 3). The cleanest motel I've ever experienced!! Definitely a lot better than hotels I've stayed at too. Location is perfect, didnt have to add any time to our long drive, 10min walk to woolies and cafes. Beautifully renovated! "As a female solo traveler the Belfry was a great place to stay. I felt completely comfortable being there. It is also a great central location in which to explore Bellingen, without being slap bang in the middle of the main street. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "
