"From the start of our stay Discovery Emerald beach park was helpful and kind over the phone and accommodating to our late check in. Received directions through the process and when we arrived at our cabin it was lovely and clean ready to roll into bed. The time we did stay we received a call for updates for the parks wifi maintenance. The staff are all super friendly from reception to throughout the park to the maintenance. Around the park is super clean and tidy. The facilities around the park and how close the beach is was great for our family. we all loved the water park and pool, made us feel like a kid again going down the slide. We had also wildlife around the park which was amazing for the kids and us to see. The only down fall was the jumping pillow was not in working order but that was due to the cyclone weather. On our last day it was up and working in order again. We cant wait to return again in June as its our first option of accommodation to stay at now. Even my family and friends who visited us there said they want to book in and stay. Thank you to the team amazing work you do. See you soon. "
