"In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"Die Unterkunft war einfach nur Super, da war alles perfekt. Wir durften sogar unsere Motorräder in die Garage stellen. Von der Vermieterin haben wir dann auch noch einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen bekommen. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. PS: Die Adresse ist für Navis nicht ganz einfach zu finden."

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. In het huis veel luxe (een wasmachine, vaatwasser, nespresso, eigen badkamers) De meubels voor buiten waren iets minder maar dat werd direct opgepakt door de verhuurder.
