"We stayed for three nights in early summer and had a great time. The apartment was well located just a couple of minutes walk from Bovec town centre, with a great view from the garden. It was well appointed with plenty of cooking facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable. Reception were friendly and helpful, would be good if they were open for longer hours but this is typical of apartment complexes of this type so not a big issue. Thoroughly recommended! "

"Booked a room with a lake view - was not disappointed. Beautiful view of green grass and the lake. Odd check in times (10 am - 2 pm), but even though we arrived late, the owner was kind enough to check us in at 7:30 pm. Without the navigation system in our Volkswagen Touran, it would have been difficult to find the hotel. The room had a small kitchenette, which was very nice. "Wonderful views of an amazing lake from this property, which has obviously been well-crafted and well-loved by the owners, who are friendly, accommodating, and professional. It's hard to choose where to spend your time between the main floor, the upper deck, or the water-level veranda/dock, but you can't really go wrong. Hiking and biking are just out the door, the Laggerhof is right up the hill for a meal or a drink, and the ferry stop next door will take you wherever you like (and back)...
