"スタッフのサービスはよかったです。さすが星のやさんです。二つだけ改善点をお伝えします。お部屋のお風呂と内風呂の温度がぬるすぎて楽しめませんでした。海外のお客様のためかもしれませんが全然温まりませんでした。あとはお点前､担当の方からお菓子とお茶を交互にいただくのは流儀に反するとあとでこんこんと批判されました。私は自分の流儀が一番なのでと説教､素敵な楽しい気分は台無しでした。今後は流儀を気にしない一般のお客相手ということを理解して望んでほしいです。批判はもってのほかです。あとのサービススタッフの神楽､お酒と温泉のパック､夕食時のサーバさんとの会話などは素晴らしかったです。"

One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "這是一家非常有歷史的旅館，很有昭和風情，保存得非常好，房間都是塌塌米鋪床的形式，和式茶几，一個人住空間剛好，方便大行李箱打開，離松江站非常近，旁邊就是7-11，好口碑的各式餐廳都在附近，慢慢散步十分鐘內就可以搭船去看松江城。價格又實惠，實在沒得挑，唯一的缺點是老旅館當然沒有電梯，但是服務人員會幫忙搬行李上下樓，下次還會再來松江，應該還是會選擇這裡。"
