The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the pillows were very lumpy. Most members of staff were very helpful and friendly, although a small number seemed quite grumpy and preoccupied. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary.
