"We stayed here with our friends from France. It was a great location and beautiful views. The hosts even had a Christmas tree up and festive decorations!! The kitchen was well stocked with all our needs for cooking. The beds were comfortable and view from main bedroom incredible!! The only complaint was hot water in showers was not consistent but not a big deal. I would highly recommend this place!!"

"If you’re looking for nature, this is the place. You can literally walk out the door and be on a hiking trail. The hosts were communicative throughout our stay. We were surprised by a number of unexpected treats, including continental breakfast, wine, cheese, bread and sweets. It was a nice surprise! The hosts are upstairs, but they're really quiet. "The drive way was surprisingly challenging to get out of because of the limited view of north bound traffic. Thankfully 101 was not busy. Be ready for steps and a workout to unload your belongings. There are 2 good sized spots to park and the stairs are not steep. The house has windows across the front that made the stay a blessing. "We are from Seattle and wanted to rent a house to kayak in the south sound area. This house was the ideal location. The house has a beautiful view over the water to Raft Island. "We love the quiet and peacefulness of the location as well as being able to get to great view very easily for eating out if we wanted. We walked around the lake every day as well as paddleboard and kayak every day. The guys fished and spent hours on the lake, it was very relaxing And peaceful as could be "
