"Perfect location, kitchen and set up for me to work and hike from. Super well kept. The hosts are great to respond. There is no noise insulation - I heard everything above and beside me and my neighbors were unhappy that I was working (on calls) early on a holiday week / weekend. They tell you on arrival (not before booking) that the building has a very sensitive smoke alarm - it went off twice while I was there because other guests cooking (burnt stuff). "

"Arrival was a breeze and the people we met were friendly. This was a quiet little place to return to post adventure with a well stocked kitchen, and the hosts were very communicative and the digital guest guide was well organized. Bonneville Dam was a wonderful tour and the food in Cascade Locks was great. Highly recommend white water rafting with Wet Planet. Many of the suggestions in the digital guest guide were appreciated. (Sidenote about the shower - holy cow talk about water pressure! Lol...

There is nothing to do here except relax, enjoy the river/deck and rest, which is exactly why we were there. Strong internet connection was a plus. Access to the river was available and if you're into fishing/floating the river, this location is perfect for that."

Everything else was substandard from checkin, to the overall state of the aging 4-plex units to the cleanliness. There was an empty beer bottle in the fridge left from the prior guest. The property is very private, but conveniently located just a few minutes from White Salmon and Hood River. The owners are communicative and accommodating. Absolutely recommend this home for a family getaway! We visit this area often and will definitely be staying here again!"
