"The hotel is in a quiet residential area. It is very conveniently placed, an 8 minutes walk from a metro station, Odenplan, which doubles up as a large train station too. The metro takes you to T-Centralen in less than 10 minutes, the commuter train (number 40) goes to Arlanda airport in about 35 minutes and to Uppsala in less than one hour. We used the train twice, both times the journey went smoothly and ran on time. The hotel was very quiet, our room had a large window all along one wall, it was warm and had a large twin/ double bed with soft but comfortable mattresses. There were no cupboards as such, but shelves and hangers for clothes- this was quite sufficient. TV, WiFi, kettle provided too of course. The bathroom had a powerful shower. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is magnificent: plentiful, appetizing, varied. We found the staff friendly (nothing was too much trouble) and always working with a smile. The hall is airy and welcoming. Right next door to the hotel is a supermarket open from 7.00 to 23.00, and close by on the other side of the road is another supermarket too. We found the hotel and the non-touristy location to be just right for us. It was good to get away from the crowds after busy days out in museums and at various attractions."

"Beautiful hotel. View of sunrise was gorgeous. My mistake, I booked us here thinking that it was the closest to our ferry but I had the wrong line so it was a taxi ride to get to the Viking Terminal. Absolutely nothing against the hotel, it was fantastic, the mistake was mine. "

"This hotel is situated between 2 metro stations, there are also bus services nearby. Lots of eateries, supermarkets, shops nearby. Alot of attractions are within walking distance, it was fun just strolling in the neighbourhood to soak in the vibes. The staffs were very friendly & eager to help. Breakfasts here are included and there are a wide variety of food available. We get to try the authentic Nordic style of breakfast, food was in abundance & delicious! Staffs here are very friendly & quick to clean up tables. They work consistently to fill up the food & drinks,. The room we stayed in was at the top floor, there wasn’t much view, but I like it that we could open the windows to let in fresh air. Just across the hotel are apartments, so we have to keep the shades closed for privacy, but it made the room very dark, causing inconvenience. The room, like most European hotels, is very dimly lit, making it really dark, especially early in the morning & at night. We had to use our phone lights to see the luggage locks number combinations! There’s a small piece of carpet on the wooden floor, but we found it slippery when we stepped on it the 1st day. It’s a very small room, so we don’t find it necessary to have that small carpet at all, safety is more important than aesthetic beauty! Downside of room, no fridge available. And the pillows are really lumpy! The plumbing is not really good, our shower room stinks after each use of the shower or washing basin. "
