"Great hostel. Really good location and really clean. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch - coffee, juice, toast, spreads and pastries. I only stayed for one night so didn’t get to any of the activities but seems like they have plenty of things on. Definitely recommenc"

"Both my room and the shared spaces were nice and clean and tidy. Super helpful staff who knew a lot about the area! Amazing location - walking distance to everything you need. Very social atmosphere but also had my own space. Would definitely love to stay here again! They also have surfboards which they let you borrow for free which was amazing"

"T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again! "

"Check-in was very easy. The lady on Reception, Tasa, is very nice and knowledgeable. Accommodation is very good, clean, comfortable bed. The WatersEdge Restaurant is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very good live music right next door @ the hotel. The only downside is having to pay $20 per night for on-site parking. Have stayed there three times & enjoyed it."
