"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Very thoughtfully restored old Villa just minutes from Cortona . The house and grounds are exactly as pictured. The very private road that leads there is a bit rough and seems very remote at first but after you venture out once you see that every convenience is minuets away and beautiful Cortona as well. A car is a good idea if you plan to go around Tuscany. 2 trains in town go everywhere but it helps to get to train and town with a car. The host is very responsive and hands on."

"Casa Stella is one of the most wonderful places that we have stayed in. It is a pleasure - large, well-appointed rooms with a lovely garden and stunning views of the countryside. The large main bedroom and the living room have french doors on both sides. "Beautifully located in the mountains close to Assisi this house was a great place to be. The views alone were stunning. The outdoor spaces were like a little oasis from the hustle of travel. The house is well appointed with spacious bedrooms with king size beds, large stylish bathrooms and peaceful places to relax. Discreetly tucked away in an olive grove the peace was welcome.
