"Very thoughtfully restored old Villa just minutes from Cortona . The house and grounds are exactly as pictured. The very private road that leads there is a bit rough and seems very remote at first but after you venture out once you see that every convenience is minuets away and beautiful Cortona as well. A car is a good idea if you plan to go around Tuscany. 2 trains in town go everywhere but it helps to get to train and town with a car. The host is very responsive and hands on."

"We had a lovely stay at Daniela’s property in Umbria. The house was clean and very well maintained, with a great private pool and garden. It was a quiet and secluded spot, with an amazing view. Communication with the host was easy and we felt very welcome at the property. Would highly recommend."

It was exactly as described and we loved the location. Only downside is parking. If you have a car, you will be lugging your luggage uphill for a good ways from the parking area. "

"A wonderful property, submerged in beautiful natural surroundings, the flora and fauna were fantastic. "The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. "This was our second year staying in same apartment. It was so easy and perfectly located, we did not want to risk another location. The hot water has challenges but once I messaged them, they were over in minutes to help. If you have a rental car, this could not be more perfect as the parking is adjacent to the home.
