"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean.
