"Great location in downtown Ulm, great for shopping and dining, everything is in walking distance. The heated bathroom floor is very nice! They offer a buffet breakfast. We only missed having a coffee machine in the room. The staff is very friendly, I have stayed there before and recommend the Ricu hotel for a stay in Ulm."
