"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

"施設がとても綺麗で快適でした。 何人か虫が苦手なのでどんな虫がいるのかと不安でしたが蚊だけでよかったです。 台風が近づいている中行ったので、到着時に大雨でしたが玄関ロックを開けてくださり、駐車場も 案内していただいて親切でした。 部屋のあちこちに騒音の注意が貼ってあり、どの程度なら平気かわからないので、いつクレームが来るかとドキドキしながら過ごしました。 それ以外はとっても良かったです。"
