"리뷰를 전혀 안쓰는 사람인데 고급 호텔이 아니긴 해서 기대할 내용은 아니지만 첫 도착해서 키오스크로 체크인을 하는데 제가 잘 하질 못해서 안내해주는 직원분들이 다른 동급 호텔 대비 애티튜드가 불편한 친근함으로 대해주셔서 상당히 불편했습니다. 겨울철 방문이라 성산일출봉에 가긴 부담스러워서 있다 뷰로써 가성비가 좋은 호텔로 선택을 했습니다만 성급이 높은 호텔이 아니긴 한다지만 직원분들의 복장 역시 여행객인 저희보다 캐주얼한 느낌의 복장이 왜인지 다소 낯설고 불편했습니다. 방에 들어갔는데 들어가자마자 환기가 전혀 되어있지 않고 고기를 구워먹었던 객실인지 기름 냄새가 가득했으며 테이블에는 컵자국이 남아있고 화장실에는 청소를 하지 않았는지 미끄러워 넘어질뻔하고 욕실 바닥엔 바디 용품 미끄러움인지 아니면 곰팡이, 미생물의 미끄러움이 청소가 되지 않은듯 너무 불쾌했습니다. 화장실 실리콘에 곰팡이는 당연하고요. 더불어 침대 시트는 다른 상태들에 비해서는 깨끗한 편이었지만 침대 두개가 붙어 있는 객실에서 같은 사이즈의 침대가 매트리스 퀄리티가 다르고 높이도 다르며 한 침대는 침대가 아니라 간이 소파베드 형식의 저렴한 스프링 재질로 잠자리까지 너무 불편했습니다. 이것은 투베드 방이라기 보다 원베드인 객실에 간이 침대를 엑스트라로 오더한 정도의 수준이었습니다. 해외에서 체류중이라 한국으로 들어와 제주도에 방문하여 첫 숙소이기도 하고 제주 뷰맛집으로 유명하다고 좋은 평을 읽어서 기대를 잔뜩하고 간탓인지 모르겠지만 오히려 뷰라 할것도 없는 혹은 뷰가 좋지 않더라고 그저 냄새가 안나고 청소가 된 객실을 가는편이 낫다는 생각이 들었습니다. 객실내 퍼니싱도 모두 노후되고 스크라치 이염 오염 등 지저분하고 연결 콘센트도 4인이 지내는 방에 화장실쪽 1개 티비 옆 1개 침대 쪽엔 찾을수 없었으며 너무 불편하였습니다. "

"Executive Double Room, Ocean View - relaxing stay for 2 nights. Location - in Seongsan, walking distance to Seongsan Ilchulbong and ferry terminal (for Udo island). Room - was quiet on the 5th floor with excellent view from the balcony (west facing). Shower water pressure was medium. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. A few universal socket outlets available in room which is useful. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store on the ground floor in the same building with specific opening hours. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. Conversation in English is basic and require support with translation app for more complex enquries. Extra - The laundry room is located on the 5th floor with 4 frontload washers freely available for hotel guest to use (bring your own laundry detergent / pods or buy from hotel). "

"It was two day short trip for golf. Overall condition is okay the ocean view was terrific. A few room condition need to be improved. TV screen was too dark to watch (they offered room change but decided not to.. it was too cumbersome since we all ready to sleep.) and consent outlet is located far from the beds and too few."

"가족 3인 방문했어요~ 결론은 매우매우 만족입니다:)) 저희처럼 힐링여행 쉼여행의 취지라면 더욱 추천드리고 싶어요. 수영장/사우나(무료), 키즈 라운지(무료) 및 키즈 클래스(유료)도 운영해서 아이 심심치않고 저희도 모처럼 잘 쉬었네요~ 조식도 맛있어요!! 바로 걸어서 섭지코지, 유민 미술관은 꼭 들르시고요. 10분거리 성산일출봉 말모죠. 근처 아쿠아리움도 있어 3박 4일 알차게 보내다 갑니당!! "

"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "

"Nice stay. The hotel is in the same building as another hotel so make sure you don’t get confused with the other and checkin at the wrong hotel (guilty). Aimi has some rooms that can net you a gorgeous looking view dependent on what type of room you get. The ocean view is the best by far!"

"Overall, the hotel was built to house large group tourists. Material used in the building isn't very high quality. Cheap carpets everywhere and ripped here and there... Looks a lot better from the outside and lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. Thin walls - you can hear someone next room flushing toilet or taking shower. BUT!! I am giving it a four star rating because you are paying for 1 to 1.5 star hotel and you are getting 2.5 star hotel room. "
