Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. Having a washer was great, but clothes must air dry in the lower level. Plan to wash in the evening and hang dry overnight and you'll have guaranteed dried clothes. "Perfect location for access to both mountains and lakes with breathtaking views from the balconies. Everything available needed for a great self catering holiday and supermarket in walking distance. Highly recommend and would love to return. "
