This hotel has everything I anticipated. No surprise. Room is spacious (compared to Tokyo), staff friendly, food delicious, lots of room for parking spots, nice and quiet natural scenery. Staff speaks good English. They have ice machine and coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ube again.

伝統あるホテルなものの、設備は古臭さもなく、宿泊して特に問題となるところはありません。 強いて言えば、駐車場がややわかりにくいのと、そこから雨や雪の中を歩く時に、建物の中を通れることは知っているので通りましたが、初めての人はどこを通っていいかわかりにくいと思います。道路まで出れば玄関には着きますが。

問題はありません。ただ道順を書いておいてくれるとありがたかった。
真っ暗になってから来て、夜も明けない真っ暗なうちに出て行ったので眺望に関して「わからない」という項目がなくて「眺望なし」にしてしまった。本当は良い眺望かもしれないのに。 駅から近いんだけど、駅の裏側で道順をほんの少し書いておいてくださるともっとスムーズに到着できた。どうしてどこのホテルでもかかないのか疑問。なにしろ到着して暗くなってると一段とわからないので。

利用はしなかったけれど備えつけの枕の他、柔らかめの枕に代えられたり、サービスのコーヒーがある。ベッドは広く快適。他の方の口コミにもあるけれど駐車場はちょっとわかりにくい。ただ事前に電話で場所を聞いたので日も暮れた時間だったが迷わず駐車できた。総合的に良いホテルです。
