"Checkin was not good. We initially responded to a request in my email to checkin on line… I tried and kept getting sent back to the same page over and over…gave up. And so we hoofed it down to the end of the block, took a while for someone to acknowledge our presence and with quite a bit of indifference we finally got QR code to the hotel. Hoofed if back down the block to the hotel and found a very unhappy couple trying to check in ahead of us who could not get the computerized door lock to...

"Accommodation was fine. Lovely little pub 5 min walk from property. Only problem was getting the key from reception as they said didn't seem to know we were arriving. They also couldn't find the key after speaking to the owner, eventually gave me the spare key but it was a bit stressful at the time. I must point that this was reception's fault and not the owner of the property."
