"The home was a warm and cozy place to come back to after a day of cross country skiing. The outside temperature was very cold, but the central heating system kept us warm. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen area was clean and well stocked with what we needed to prep meals. (Note: the coffee maker takes ground coffee. "Each year our kids, their spouses and our 7 grandkids go to Mt. Hood so they can Snowboard and ski . Although we do get together at Christmas time - this trip is the bulk of the gifts we give to them . This year we chose to stay here - and everyone said this was the best place yet !
