"Hard to close the door when you go out. Water splashing to the outside when taking a shower. Rooms direction needs on corners. Accept cash when buying drinks on the top floor. I want to spend more but payment is by card only. I have left over Krona that I want to spend but not able to. "

"Bus 5C goes from airport to the hostel. A bit of walk to the metro. Remember to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, Not supplied in the room. The hostel is very clean. Very good breakfast buffet "

"The capsule hostel is a good place to be in a central location to all the attractions for Copenhagen, not to mention being infront of one of the the city's most famous street (caught me by surprise). Pretty location, but bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Otherwise cannot complain about the shared private rooms."

"We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation…a bit out of the way from the major attractions but it allowed us to experience the local culture, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby/ within walking distance. "The hotel was very reasonably priced. It was in a great area right downtown very close to the train station and many many restaurants and shopping. You won’t be disappointed. The rooms are small, but we were very happy in the small room We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning"

"My third stay in 3 years. The room is small, but very functional and comfortable. Breakfast is on the rooftop with beautiful harbor and city views. The breakfast is European and fresh. The staff at breakfast and in housekeeping is friendly. "

"First - let's just say Copenhagen is a great place to spend 5 days. Clean, beautiful, lots to do, great food. We really lucked out finding the Phoenix. Very nice, stately, very comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby. Beautiful bathrooms The staff was very helpful. The location could not be better - near a lot, but not a touristy area. Some very nice restaurants nearby, and great bars. The hotel also offered very nice bikes - which really came in handy. "

"We stayed here on the tail end of our vacation due to its location to the airport. Metro was a short distance away and a VERY short ride to the airport. The room was roomy than I expected. The bathroom was clean and functional. We laughed because the bathroom IS the shower. The workers were pleasant. There was a bar and wonderful patio to sit on. Construction work was going on while we were there (looks like updating the lobby) but it was a very minor issue (you had to use metal grate stairs that are not suitcase friendly). "
