"This place was as advertised, it did the job for one night. Was clean and check in was easy. Because it’s on marine parade it’s really really noisy throughout the night and the bedrooms are right beside the road. The property could use some touches to make it more comfortable, it’s very bare bones and the bedding is not very comfy but if you just need a place to stay for the night it’s all good. I don’t think I’d personally stay here again but there’s nothing wrong with the place! "

"It was a very happy base for our biking holiday, with plenty of room for carparking and a discreet area around the back where the bikes could be kept out of sight. Traffic noise was not unexpected, but it really only affected those in the front bedroom."

"Such an amazing little cottage with everything you need. The sound of the waves crashing was so good. So much to admire inside the house. Modern bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed with nice linen. A great courtyard and a fire pit. Off street parking. Supermarket, coffee, bar and fish and chips across the road. Highly recommended."

It was very clean, light and airy, and appeared to have been recently redecorated. It had everything we needed. We would definitely like to stay here again. Also, we greatly appreciated being able to rebook at the last minute due to sickness. Communication with Dave was excellent, very prompt. Thank you, Dave. "
