Andrea was easy to connect with and ask questions as well as providing the necessary information. "Our second time staying here on our NZ trip and just as enjoyable as the first. Lovely jig, older style hotel with plenty of room. Nice breakout areas to have a read, look at the sights or have a quiet drink. Room was spacious, very comfortable and breakfast buffet included in accommodation. Good Al a carte menu or buffet for dinner. Another great place to stay and extremely friendly and helpful staff. "
