"Location is perfect, staff very helpful and polite and room is big enough for three. Breakfast typical Turkish , wish they can just do buffet so not a lot of food is wasted view at the restaurant to die for. Excellent hotel!"

I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evaluate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Cleanness, CSR service and rooms that are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. "Staff was friendly however, we were charged 500 pounds as a deposit and they took 20 without giving any details since we did not use any service. Only downside was the bridge lights were off throughout our visit which was the reason we chose this hotel so money wasted. "
