The house was extremely well appointed, from the well stocked kitchen and pantry, to the beautifully appointed bedrooms, each worthy of a magazine cover, and as for the newly renovated bathroom, amazing. "Wonderful helpful hosts. Room was clean, quiet and peaceful. I was suppose to be attending a child's 4th birthday over the weekend however caught a cold that rendered me unable to attend, thankfully my partner was able to go. Penny made sure I had everything I needed and let me know that they were there should I need anything else. Above and beyond. Beds are extremely comfortable and the spa bath is highly recommended. Thank you Mr and Mrs Mitchell for making it a pleasant stay despite my circumstances. "

"We were immediately impressed as soon as we walked in the door, and it takes a lot to impress my wife. Not only is it well laid out, it is very tastefully decorated and has a lot of added little touches. The Nespresso (coffee included) was really appreciated as were the snacks and breakfast items. I'm always thankful when there is a bbq. It's a great location for stargazing as well. I wish we could have enjoyed the deck more, but time and weather didn't allow it. I highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed. "

"Upmarket rustic. We (two friends) stayed just one night but could easily have done another night. Great accommodation if you are a bigger group. Comms were good. We were a little unsure about the check in but used a bit of commonsense. Heavy rain prevented us making more of the outdoor space. "
