We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the mornings having a coffee and having fires in the evening. All in all we give the cottage a 5 star review and would absolutely stay again.. "

With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. "Ruthanne and Sheridan were wonderful host. They were kind enough to meet us at the ferry and drive us to their home. The house was warm and comfortable, and we felt like we were at home. Everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all new appliances along with the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly would recommend it to anyone. "
