Paul, in particular went out of his way to assist with my car, show us 4 wheel driving spots and some great sightseeing spots that we hadn’t visited yet. "Our family had such an amazing time at this house! The view is so good it made it hard to leave. We had dolphins, birds and whales - so many whales - all outside our windows. Didn’t even have to get out of bed to watch the sunrise. The house was very spacious, clean and so well set up. Welcome pack was lovely, kids loved the chips and lollies. We spent so much time down at the bottom deck, complete with shed with all the beach equipment you could need. A lot of steps to get back up to the...

"the property is great and in a beautiful location. Everything 5 stars apart from the fencing for a dog friendly property. Could be improved to make it more suitable for small dogs or puppy dogs. Instead of ringlock fencing could do with chickenwire fencing around the house. we loved it and look forward coming back to this property."

"Yabbarra Sands was the perfect place for the family to unwind. Being close to beach meant that everyday was relaxing and the Lauren and Malcolm were excellent hosts. The house was well stocked with all that we needed plus the supplied amentites (books, games and TV) made for the perfect place to relax. I highly recommend and we know we will be back."

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
