"Property is lovely, light filled and plenty of room Lots of cob webs on the windows, they should be better maintained, we had to buy rubbish bags and dishwasher tabs which was a bit ordinary, there is also no sound sysywhich would have been great to have. "Excellent family getaway - one of the most generous appointed accommodations where one didn't have to bring the kitchen sink. Am used to having to pack one's own basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, washing stuff, laundry stuff, paper towels - but all of that was generously provided. Ian also provides bikes, golf clubs and boogie boards! Only thing missing was coffee machine (we couldnt figure out how to make the one there work) - so my only suggestion would be to BYO coffee plunger. Comfortable...

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
