"This property is well suited for small families and there are two distinct living areas that reflect this. We occupied just one bedroom and the top half of the house. The view from the kitchen/dining & lounge area is truly beautiful, as good as the photos suggest. The kitchen had everything you needed to make some great meals (the Smeg oven yielded to YouTube support in the end). 😉 Overall, a nice place to stay in Dalmeny."

"We had a long weekend stay to attend a wedding and loved the touches that reminded us of holiday shacks from an earlier time. Had a paddle in the Kayaks up river and sat to bird watch on the river bank.It was helpful to have a variety of blanket options to suit the warm conditions (too hot for the doona). Kitchen is small but has everything you need and more. Proper tea pots were a bonus!"

"When we arrived the house smelt mouldy and I had to vacuum up all of the spider webs so my kids would go in the rooms Blinds were missing and the windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them There was no hot tub even though one was advertised The dog next door barked constantly and we had to dispose of previous groups rubbish…."

"Not very clean. Two bedrooms had no light as globes not changed. Exposed light switch taped over with sticky tape in bathroom. No fly screens on most windows. Bedroom windows had fly screens but not attached correctly so insects could still get in. Many insects in house. Broken blinds in front room so no privacy. Linen old and mismatched. Inconsistent hot water supply. Laundry taps unusable. "

"The view is stunning 180 degree ocean views just across the road. It is well equipped and fit our family of 7 comfortably. Large kitchen for entertaining, a wrap around deck to take in the views and the master bedroom was huge with a large ensuite. A downside was the ensuite was open to the bedroom which we found very strange and not very useable if you want to shower or use the toilet in private! Also the large skylights in the bedroom didn't allow for sleep ins unfortunately as the sun...
