"Everything you need in a lovely character building. David was very helpful and friendly. Found a wild swimming spot behind Skenfrith Castle and had some lovely walks with our dog."

"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"A wonderful location for a last minute short break. The Barn was exactly what we needed and as described. We could happily sit and look at the Views and sunset from the garden / patio, whilst relaxing. Walking possible direct from the Barn and easy access to loads of places to visit across the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Great communication from host. "Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "
