"Frontier resort is a wonderful home for large families. We spent a week over the winter holidays in this spacious house, including the "Hideway" a short distance away which provided a very comfortable bedroom/living area/kitchen and bath for 2 adults.The home was spotless when we arrived and the photos were very accurate. There are several spaces to gather as a group along with comfortable bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is furnished amazingly, with dishes, cookware and staples. It had everything we needed and more. The entire garage has been converted into a playroom with everything conceivable to provide a great time for kids and adults. The Templeton/Paso area is beautiful and provided enjoyable hikes, wine tastings, restaurants and farmers markets. It is a short, beautiful ride along the 46 to Cambria and the ocean. The views from the house are spectacular, as is the night sky.Kathy was very responsive before we arrived and during the entire time we were there when we needed help on the one occasion there was something to fix.We would love to return in the future to enjoy the comfort and beauty of Frontier resort and the surrounding area."

"From the moment we arrived the owner met us and was so personable and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The view is gorgeous and picturesque. Rosie the housekeeper had superior service and breakfast was generous. Wine and cheese plates excellent touch. Do not pass this one by."

"Great house and location! Easy to get to wineries, plenty of parking and space in the house. We had a group of 8 adults and there was more than enough room. We loved the downstairs game area and the grill for cooking too. Will definitely rent again! "
