"The staff at this hotel are very kind. We had a small room with three twin beds and they told us they will give us a bigger room after the first night without charging anything extra. This was very kind of them. Having tea, hot water and coffee available throughout the day was wonderful. The breakfast was simple but delicious. "This was my third time staying here and it was just as consistent as my previous visits. All the staff is so welcoming as soon as I came in to check in they upgraded me to a beautiful sea room on the second floor. I believe I was room 2022! The beach area at the pool area was always kept up and highly maintained and everybody was so nice! The restaurant upstairs was delicious. The service was consistent, and the rooms were absolutely impeccably clean. I also booked a few massages at the spa and as expected, they were wonderful. I cannot wait to return next year because it was just so amazing. The Starbucks on the property and that little café was such a charming touch because if you didn’t want a full breakfast, you could just head there and have some coffee and pastries. The food at the beach bar was so so so good we tried different things on the menu and one was just as good as the other. I never had to call front desk for any issues or anything. They were on top of everything at all times. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful and I can’t wait to see you guys again- Onur Kutlu July 17-20th"

"Hotel was lovely. We had a great time at the water park. The only complaint I have is with housekeeping when I found lots of pins in my pillow cases which I found weird. "
