"I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. "The employee at the reception named ayhan I believe was a very rude, unprofessional person. Check-in was a terrible experience, but every other employees work there was super friendly. Also food is terrible, if they want to save cost, they shouldn't try to add variety, serving old wafers will not add any value to property. Special thanks to housekeeping tho.
