Didn’t like the bathroom faucet, had to hold handle in order to get water, needs updating. Felt kitchen was lacking a few amenities that all other places have provided (toaster, salt and pepper). "

"The house was a little smaller than I expected but easily accommodated all 8 of us. Everything we needed was there and house rules/instructions were clear. I gave 4 stars because the shower handle in the master broke the second day. The owner clearly stated that it was difficult and I guess it finally broke. We managed with all of us just more shower planning. All in all it was a nice place to stay. "

"This was the first stay at the Cabins at Colby Lake for myself and a group of friends. I rented the Moose Cabin and loved it! I heard about this place from good friends who had stayed here a couple of years ago. We got in Thursday night for a 4 night stay, with skiing, Carnival fun in Saranac with the Parade, live music, the ice castle, and fireworks. We had camp fires lake side at night and wrapped the weekend with a Superbowl party! All in all a great winter trip. Would love to come back in...

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin located in Tupper Lake in the Adirondacks. I stayed there with my good friend, her husband, and their teenage son. We had plenty of room to spread out while we weren't out and about the area. The location was in a nice quiet area near the main drag, and was close enough to make separate day trips to both Lake Saranac and Lake Placid. Not knowing the area, this was a good first place to stay, and would definitely return to the Adironacks again."

While it was snowing pretty steadily when we arrived, the walkway was shoveled and we had immediate contact from Jason to help us park in the right place since the snowbanks hid all the signs! "Wonderful private spot next to St Regis River. Very responsive host. There are 2 or 3 other rentals in the property, but it is so large that you get all the privacy. Hiking trails and canoes/kayaks in the property. Star Link Internet is fast and the cabin is just as it looks in the pictures: cozy, well thought, peaceful, private. Would 100 percent recommend and can't wait to go back! "
