"This is a very modern property. The apartments have nearly everything you need. Except, cutlery, tea towel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper! We were constantly asking for toilet paper. None of the house keeping staff could speak English. It was very frustrating. Considering there were English speaking guests, there should be a couple of HK staff that can speak English. "Staff was unable to locate our reservation. The room was visibly dirty, no wifi, large towel on the bed for a blanket, and a lock was broken on the door. Additionally, not a safe area for a lady traveling alone, which thankfully I wasn’t. "
