"I had a reservation made 2 reservation I room with 1 queen bed and 1 room with a king bed with a balcony for the room with the balcony and I even paid more for this room and I didn’t get to room with a balcony when I told the lady at the front desk she told me there was no more room with balcony available but I told that I had paid for that room and had a reservation she told me that was not her problem that she couldn’t do anything about that. So I’m requesting a refund on that room price that...

"everthing was fine except for fallowing issue i paid the full amount at the time of the reservation like 25 days before when i do the check out they charge 18.00 us dollars because they said, we do not pay the taxes at the time of the reservation.....i do not understand but finally i have to paid.....also i shown to the receptionst the reservation in my cell phone with the proof that i paid my reservation in full but they say,, anyway you have to paid for the tax....."
