"Fue una experiencia muy desagradable, porque el hotel ni siquiera existe. Esta un edificio en venta y en los teléfonos asociados en el aviso no hay ninguna respuesta. En definitiva me daño toda la logística del paseo y me hizo pasar muy malos ratos. Deberían ser serios y bajar la oferta del servicio."

"We booked & paid through Hotels.com. Upon arrival at 2am we were told (through our friend that speaks Spanish) that we needed to pay the full amount for our stay in cash and that they had no way of collecting online payment. We promised to work it out after we got some sleep- which they honored. Later that morning we showed them the printed receipt and online receipt from our booking and they said it was a mistake- there was no way they could collect the money from hotels.com & we needed to pay...
