"Enjoyed a one night stay here. Received a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Lovely spacious room with large bathroom including a roll top bath. L’occitane toiletries were available in the room. Bed was large and very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Hotel was quiet and we were not disturbed at all during the night. Complimentary water and coffee in room. "Cleanliness was terrible. Dirty room. Coffee left caked on teaspoon. Plastic fork with dust by bed by radiator. Stained sheets. Yuk. Had to park a distance from hotel. Breakfast was not good either."
