"The cottage is absolutely amazing! The attention to detail is impeccable and makes it feel like a walk backwards through time. The modern updates make it feel very homey and super comfortable. There was nothing else we needed for a week long stay. The neighbors and their hound dog are super friendly too! We will be back.. "

"We took my father-in-law and some friends for a long weekend for his birthday! The location was perfect - it felt secluded but was a convenient distance from town, making it easy to grab food or run to the store. The view was amazing, with a neat gathering area around a fire pit (with a charcoal AND gas grill), a super nice hot tub, nice screened-in porch and back deck, along with a really nice walkway to the dock. "Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas."

"This place is great! Whoever put this property together put a great deal of thought and care into it, and more than one person in my party came to that conclusion independently. I’ve rented in the area quite a bit, and this is one I would absolutely return to. So very nice, cozy, and quiet. Whatever’s in the photos and descriptions - it’s even better!"

"The property is situated in a valley so has no wifi or cable. there are 2 tvs, so if you want to watch a movie, bring a dvd or blueray player. The stairs going to the loft are very steep, so be careful. Overall, the home is gorgeous, very comfortable beds, the water pressure was good. the property runs with septic, so be mindful of that if you have several people showering and/or doing laundry."
