"We arrived late in the dark due to several plane delays. We were able to communicate these changes with managers. They were fast to communicate going up and beyond to help navigate our arrival. In addition, they spoke with our car rental group to let them know our situation. We did not have a chance to eat after being in airports over 7 hours. "New property, there are three separate lodge houses. It's on the main road that circles the island. Our USA phone would not connect a local call so we had to find someone with a phone willing to call the local cohost to get us in. We found out that we had been given the wrong code. "This is a great place to stay on Raiatea with its own little beach. We liked the open concept and the property management is very accommodating. The beach isn’t the best for swimming due to lots of coral but we did enjoy kayaking to the nearby Motu where more swimming possibilities exist. The nearby restaurant that you can walk to, Fish & Blue, is a real treat. "
