"I thought the staff was excellent. I had to stay in the center of town for business but it is a loud part of the city and guests came in at all hours. You could hear them in the middle of the night as the walls are thin. Having said that, it did seem to be the best hotel in the city. The staff allowed us to leave our things early and were always courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The first rooms we were given were really small and it felt almost claustrophobic.
