"Wonderful only thing remote did not work to put on tv. A nice person arrived stating batteries might be low, fiddled with remote, finally got it working, not really explaining the fault after it was turned off it did not work again. Did not bother them again. Otherwise 💯 will go back"

"The Brooklodge is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk around. It is a lovely old style building with a separate building called "brookhall" that has rooms and a geothermal pool. There is an amazing restaurant called the Strawberry tree restaurant, a great leisure centre. Overall, i think it is a little gem and off the beaten track but it is a must see. There is also a lovely quaint looking church beside a river stream-ideal for weddings. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculately clean, but it was the incredible staff who made my stay memorable. They were all wonderful, and Fi-fi at reception was particularly outstanding. I had made a mistake with my booking, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. Her kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of my very enjoyable stay. My thanks to all. "
