Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. Die Teppiche haben offensichtlich schon ewig keinen Staubsauger mehr gesehen und in jeder Ecke haben Spinnen Party gefeiert. Mit dem Auto anzureisen kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen, da in der nähe nirgendwo die Möglichkeit besteht das Auto während des Aufenthaltes abzustellen. Contacting the owners was very easy and they responded extremely fast which was helpful. The home was very cozy, clean, had a nice full kitchen, and very nice bathroom and shower. "My daughter and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The owners were so warm and welcoming. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious—we had an abundance of space. The location was perfect for us because we happened to be right by family friends, but was also great because it’s just a short walk down the hill to a really nice grocery store (and the kitchen is well-equipped to cook). "Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. "Komplett fehlende Kommunikation. Keine Reaktion auf Anrufe oder Emails, daher war es extrem schwierig an die Schlüssel zum Appartement zu kommen. Der Sicherheitscode wurde nicht zugesendet. "

"This was a great stay for our family of 4 young adults & 2 parents in our late 50’s. We had plenty of room and even having one toilet was not a problem with good scheduling :). We came in winter so the weather was a bit dreary; however, I can imagine summer would absolutely lovely and being next to the Danube would be a real treat. Candace was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a great visit to Vienna!"
