"This is a terrible place to stay, we booked the room since it was in a good location but the rooms and services were terrible, The virtual checkin is a terrible experience. No response from the staff, wrong check in information and response. The number is not responding and we had to check in after 2 hours of waiting "

"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind. "

"The property is quiet and very clean with easy transport around. The problem is that there is no functional elevator to access storeys"

"The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"You are renting a save clean room with shared toilets, bathroon, kitchen, dining area and a backyard shaded by trees for smokers. It is located very conveniently for exploring Vienna on a limited budget for those with very modest accommodation requirements. You'll have to put up with some very noisy guests at times and not all house facilities are working as they should."

"We stayed at Lukas apartment over Christmas and we loved it! Check in was easy and Lukas was very accomodating! When I needed something I was able to message, and get a response straight away. The location of the apartment was good, although a little out of the centre there is plenty of shops around. We were able to cook our own food which we also loved. "The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. No restaurants nearby, we got caught out one evening when we returned back late from watching the Ice Hockey and couldn't find anywhere to get...

Best Hotel!

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s right next to the heart of Vienna, very easily accessible to all the museums, theaters, and transportation. The staff is extremely courteous and they offer a phenomenal breakfast. Along with the beautiful rooms, they have excellent amenities like a sauna room, gym, and lounges. I will definitely be staying here again!"
