"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"We waited two hours and noone ever came!!! Called the number given on our receipt and nobody answered. The neighbors finally came down to say the owners are not renting anymore. The building did not have any number. No name to ring and the facade no longer say « la vie en rose » as shown on their pictures online"
