"They need to hire an events coordinator. There was very little to do. Organized activities at the pool for adults and kids should take place. A bonafide New Year's party with dancing at the hotel would have been great. Encouraging customer interactions thru shared activities would be wonderful. automatic tip added to everything was abusive. The hotel, rooms, balconies, beach were amazing!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. "
