Good stay at the Novotel airport hotel. Hotel is easy to access and perfect for a quick stay either for early flight or between transfers to Bali area trips. Would stay here again.

Good one-night stay and SO convenient to international departures! The only thing I would change about the room are the pillows. The bed was so comfy, but the pillows seemed worn and old. Other than that, would definitely stay here again when transiting through Bali.

We needed to be out of our accommodation at 11 but had flights at various times later that night so we needed flexibility- and this is a great location as it's only about a 2 minute walk from reception to the international departure area. Hotel is a bit tired and could do with a refresh but it was great for what we needed, room was large, pool is lovely and staff helpful.

Very impersonal , definitely a transit hotel with priority given to airline staff, check in took forever with various telephone conversations by the receptionist before she seemed able to find us a room Room was as you would expect , nothing exceptional but we had to ask for towels , hangers and water and we didn’t have them Pool was lovely Would I stay again ? Very easy access to airport but as a hotel it was the worst we had stayed in Bali

We got off on international arrival and took us a while to get to the hotel. The map provided was hard to navigate. We asked around and ended up taking a tour of the airport. Finally located Novotel through the pkg lot and some back lot.

We stayed for a single night after arriving on a very late flight into Bali. The hotel is a very short walk from airport arrivals and easy to find. Check-in was quick and easy, the rooms clean and quiet. Very much a ‘business’ type hotel but that’s not a criticism. The bar was open for us to have a drink after a long journey which was much appreciated and the breakfast selection is excellent.

Hotel is a short distance walk to the airport. Our flight leaving early so need to check out at 5:30am. Breakfast box requested upon check in and breakfast box was ready when we checked out. I just had my surgery and staff picked me up in my room in a wheelchair helped us check out and get our free box breakfast. Then wheeled me to our airline counter. Wait for airline wheelchair before leaving us. Very pleasant experience and will definitely stay there again even with a later flight.
