3/5 Okay
"Everything is good except for the emergency lighting which is very bright, directly over the bed, can't be switched off and comes on whenever lightning strikes near the city.
This means that lightning flashes inside the room as well as outside and makes it impossible to sleep through a storm, which happens a lot because it's an island.
Short blackouts happen sometimes for up to an hour and the lights come on for this too so you are kept awake at 3am waiting for the powergrid to be reset."
