"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless! Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. "Beautiful property right on the beach. Close to restaurants and bakeries. Plunge pool with outdoor tub was a bonus. They have indoor and outdoor gym. Water was complimentary. As we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, the hotel was very nice to offer us a cake and bottle of wine. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for relaxation. "

"The professionalism and service from the staff at Hilton Flair hotel has been top notch from start to finish. Very generous too, from the sweets in the room at arrival, the Easter breads and eggs and when we checked out they even gave us a complimentary local olive oil. We love the dual showers in the room too, could see the sea from the shower area. Mia from Reception was great, she entertained my queries from the beginning and was very responsive on email. She also entertained my various requests for massage and reservation. Seriously great stay at Hilton Flair and I would definitely return to this hotel in a heart beat. Thank you to all the service staff for making our Chania stay so memorable. You guys are the best. "

"This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!"
