"The stay was an excellent experience! Its a nice property located close to the beach. There is a canal in the backyard so we had the joy of seeing some manatees. Being that it is a dog friendly place it allowed us the joy of taking our dogs with on vacation. The place was nicely decorated and spacious. I'd recommend others bring a blanket if cold easily as there was only one extra in the rental. There were also no oven mitts when we stayed which was slightly inconvenient for couple times we used...

"Let me start by saying that we've been to Sanibel many times - it's one of our favorite places. We've rented all over the island.Property is in a great location. It's near many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. (within a 5 min drive). Very short walk to the stunning beach. Property management company was outstanding to work with, and check-in/check-out was flawless. Unit offers everything you need.The only issue was the condition of the unit. "This home has everything a person/family needs. Nice to have beach chairs and coolers for we flew to Florida. The backyard and pool made for very relaxing evenings. For us short people almost needed a step stool to get in the main bedroom bed. Haha! Highly recommend this property. "

"My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (infant to school aged), and my parents. It was so spacious, and such a great layout! We were able to spread out and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The house was so well-stocked with anything and everything we needed. We loved the kitchen and cooked in a few different times. The pool area is so nice and we took advantage of the pool toys provided. It was clean, in a nice area, and we would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was as advertised, check in was simple and efficient. Location is off the beaten path just enough to be quiet but close enough to major roads to move around town. "Very nice home. Well maintained and in a very nice walkable neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. It was just my wife and myself, but if you were staying with multiple adults, the inside seating would be a little tight. The front living room has been set up like a second dining room, so there isn’t too much comfy seating other than one couch and love seat.
