They didn't replace the kayaks after the hurricane, so the lisiting should be updated online. "Let me start by saying that we've been to Sanibel many times - it's one of our favorite places. We've rented all over the island.Property is in a great location. It's near many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. (within a 5 min drive). Very short walk to the stunning beach. Property management company was outstanding to work with, and check-in/check-out was flawless. Unit offers everything you need.The only issue was the condition of the unit. The vertical blinds in the living room were broken...

"The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool & hot tub were nice & clean too. Nice bathrooms but not great water pressure & the spare bathroom shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor. Had an issue with a door not locking but they came promptly to fix it. There were not enough paper products (TP, PT, Tissues) to make it through the week. We were told if we needed more, that we should buy them ourselves. "The stay was an excellent experience! Its a nice property located close to the beach. There is a canal in the backyard so we had the joy of seeing some manatees. Being that it is a dog friendly place it allowed us the joy of taking our dogs with on vacation. The place was nicely decorated and spacious. I'd recommend others bring a blanket if cold easily as there was only one extra in the rental. There were also no oven mitts when we stayed which was slightly inconvenient for couple times we used...
