"The home is not clean, with cockroaches in the house, only a couple of plates and cups, and no silverware. The home is in a bad neighborhood, we heard multiple gunshots and screaming outside in the neighborhood. We ended up leaving the 2nd day and found a much better home. The owner has refused to refund and has not communicated with us."

"The location is excellent. The property needs some update. The couch did not open. The kitchen was newer and nice. The balcony was very nice, but the door at the balcony was a little rusty. The staff overall were okay. There was construction going on, the pool was not functioning. In the morning there was a lot of noise from somebody blowing the sand of the walk side. There is no late check out. They offered to hold our bags and stay on the property, but since the pool was not available and...
